Keep track of your classes, school assignments, homework, and exams with ease using the Grades: Student Organizer from Android Infinity Software. Watch your attendance, manage your time semester by semester or day by day, keep a record of your test scores and monitor your GPA using different grading styles and grade scales for each course to match the standards for every teacher and professor. Store professor and teacher contact information and email them from within this intuitive, well-organized app. A multiple-view calendar shows your daily schedule, weekly plans, attendance tracking, a general schedule, and includes Google Calendar integration with handy reminders and computer data import options.
Keep track of your test scores for individual courses and special exams such as the SAT, GRE, MCAT, AP, and more in your profile. Create weighted categories such as homework and exams for different grading systems, or take the total points to determine your grades for each class. Lock your grades down by setting a pin number for privacy. Manage your assignments with upcoming dues dates and overdue alerts. Import data from your home computer by using the Free Grades Data Import Tool. Backup your profile to either your SD card or via email so that you never have to worry about losing your data. - Student Profile shows your overall GPA and credits as well as those of your current term (change via the Edit Profile page or the Quick Actions Menu).
- You can change the Grading scale for your University and also for each individual Course.
- NOTE: The Grading scale for courses is measured using percent and NOT by total points (this is different than a course being of type "Weighted Categories" or "Total Points". Although the app doesn't limit you from inputting percent values greater than 100% it is recommended that the max value for A/A+ be 100%.
- You can now completely customize the grading scales for courses. The University grade points will collect all the different letter grades you have input and allow you to set their corresponding grade points for use in the GPA calculation.
- To-Do List shows all your Incomplete assignments and those that don't yet have a grade on two separate lists. When an assignment is past due the due date turns red. All assignments due on the current day are yellow.
- Calendar Integration allows you to add calendar entries for Course Items AND Course meeting times (on your primary Google account calendar accessible on your phone's calendar app or at http://calendar.google.com/). Access via Utilities page.
- Calendar Integration now includes support for reminders/notifications at specified times before a course or an assignment is due (accessible via Utilities).
- In-app Schedule shows you all your courses and their respective meeting times for a quick reference.(Meeting times can be adjusted or added via the Calendar button on a Course's page.
- Calculates GPA by term and cumulative (input your GPA and credit hours earned before you used the app and it will update it for you as you add courses)
- Clicking on the Email or Website button on a Course's page will take you to your email app or browser automatically
- Backup, Restore, or Erase your profile. Access via Utilities page.
- For courses, choose between a "Weighted Categories" (e.g. 50% Exams, 25% Homework, 25% Quizzes) or a " Total Points" (i.e. All assignments have point values and the category doesn't matter) grading style.
- Create an extra credit category that either adds the extra credit points to your final points earned are simply adds percentage points to your final grade.
- Lock your Grades down by setting a pin number to be required to access any of your information. (Can be reset if lost or forgotten by clearing the app's data via your phone's settings.
- Widget for your homescreen that displays your course items and gives you shortcuts to the app.
- Keep track of Test Scores such as SAT, GRE, MCAT, AP, etc. via the Profile view.
- Backup your profile to both your SDCard and send the backup file to your email so that you never have to worry about losing your data.
- Quick Actions Menu allows you to quickly access often used or hard to find tasks (via the edit button on top right of the home page)
- Due dates are now optional for all course items added following to the v2.5.1 update.
- Import data from your home computer by using the Free Grades Data Import Tool
- Track your attendance and include that as it's own category automatically into your grade.
- Track your busy schedule like never before using the Today and Week views on the Calendar page.

- Added automatic backups every time the app launches. (Only one stored at a time and this backup unlike manual backups is stored in the CurrentProfile folder so you will have to move it to the Grades folder yourself in order to restore it)

Version 2.6.6 (DST Fix - 3/17) Version 3.0 - Built from the ground up using various algorithms and base features from the current, 2.6.6 version.
- New data storage, grades will be stored on internal memory. (Export ability is under evaluation), an initial upgrade will allow you to retain data from any previous version however.

v2.2.1 (8/27)- Custom Grading Scale Enhancements: You can now remove grade letters that aren't used (e.g. A+ in many cases) and add custom grade letter options for supporting other country's educational systems.
- University Grading Scale now gathers all the different letters you are using in your courses and allows you to customize their value in terms of grade points that are used to calculate your GPA.
- University Grade Scale button for changing the number of grade points awarded to each letter grade is not accessible directly from your Profile rather than having to edit you profile for access.

Schedule Enhancements: - Add Course Meeting times to your Google Calendar.
To-Do List Enhancements:- Now has two tabs!
- Incomplete Tab shows the traditional To-Do list with all course items that have not been marked Complete.
- "Not Graded" tab shows all items that are not marked as Graded. (Includes both incomplete and complete items as indicated by the check box)
- Color of To-Do Item due date changes dynamically depending on status (due today is yellow, past-due is red, due later is traditional black, ONLY for the Incomplete tab)
Profile Enhancements:- Term Credits will show total number of credit hours for current term whether the courses are included in GPA or not.
Other Enhancements:- If a course is not included in the GPA it he letter grade on it's "Overview" tab is not shown. (Percent value is still shown)

- Lock now requires you to confirm your pin before accepting it and locking the profile. (NOTE: If you ever lock yourself out, you can go to your phone's Settings - Applications - Grades - And then "Delete User Data". This will reset your pin but won't delete any of your profile data (it's stored on the SD Card). This will however reset your calendar integration settings accessible via Utilities)
- Fixed Force close when trying to lock or unlock your profile in landscape mode.
v2.0.3 (8/14) - Removed Registration Dialog on first run as it is not needed with the new UI and was causing some issues with loading the app (Black Screen) in certain situations. These should all be resolved now.
- Pin input is now a password field and won't show entered text as plain text.

- A Note on Custom Themes: Due to the new UI, custom themes will may or may not be included in the 2.0 update. If it is included it will be limited to several color choices for the main background and the title bar only.
