Grades Backup/Restore
Backing up Student Profiles for Grades: Student Organizer to your Computer:
- On the "Profile Tab" press the 'menu' button and select "Utilities"
 
- On the Utilities page: Press "Backup Profile"
- It will ask you for a filename, this can be anything. (Do not include the extension, Also note that specifying a name for a backup that already exists on the phone will overwrite the previous backup)
- Mount your Phone's SDCard to your computer and navigate to the Grades folder: (SDCARD)\Grades\
- In this folder you should see files with the extension ".p"
- Choose the profile that you want and copy that file to your computer.
Restore Any Profile to Previous Manual Backup
- Grades can now store multiple backups in the Grades directory (as of version 1.3)
- Find the Backup profile file with extension ".p" that you have previously moved from your sdcard to your computer.
- Mount
your Phone's SDCard and move that file to the Grades folder. If a Grades folder does not exist in the root directory of the SDCard you can create one.
- Press "Import Profile" on the Utilities page and Select the name of the file that you just moved to your phone.
